MaxMailTM -
A database add-on module that greatly improves the email notification capability
of Maximo and any other CMMS system that utilizes SQL-Server or Oracle as the backend database.
This solution provides the system administrator with greater control of who, when and how requestors
and maintenance staff are notified via email about the status of their work requests.
MaxMail can also be used to send web-based survey questions to selected individuals and
record the answers in the database for review by management.
