Babson College, Wellesley, MA -
InterPro was initially retained to stabilize and improve Babson’s Maximo application environment,
provide improved reporting capabilities and plan for the future
use of several additional Maximo application modules.
Babson College has purchased and implemented InterPro’s WebMaint application system that allows
students and staff to input work requests via the web directly into Maximo from Babson’s web portal.
Recently, InterPro has been contracted to develop a space utilization (FICM codes) and square footage
database for the complete campus (55 buildings). InterPro has also completed several real-time,
two-way interfaces; one between IBM's Maximo and Babson’s event scheduling application (Ad Astra®) and
another between Maximo and Babson’s employee and time tracking system (Kronos®).
In the fall of 07, InterPro will initiate the development of a comprehensive, campus wide PM program
to be managed within Maximo.

DCP Midstream, Denver, CO -
Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) and InterPro Solutions team up
to provide day-to-day Maximo technical support and implementation expertise to DCP Midstream’s field
services. As DCP Midstream seeks to become a top performing energy company with main emphasis in operating
efficiency and organizational growth, utilizing management applications such as MAXIMO® more
effectively has become a pivotal task. InterPro has been tasked to take on the challenge
of providing expert knowledge regarding MAXIMO® as well as recommending best practices to DCP’s management
team to align the DCP Midstream’s core business processes with its existing technical support infrastructure.

Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, MA -
InterPro was hired to provide support to HSPH staff with the review and evaluation of their existing maintenance related work practices.
The goal was to identify areas for improvement and to establish a plan for either upgrading the existing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or
to procure a new CAFM/CMMS software solution. At the end of 2005, both of these goals were achieved and InterPro was
then contracted with to provide implementation support for the newly selected application system.

RDK Engineering Company, Andover, MA -
InterPro and RDK, a multi-discipline engineering firm, have teamed on several projects to provide value-added services during the construction of new facilities.
These services included the development of a comprehensive Facility Asset Register and a corresponding preventive maintenance program.
InterPro also provided guidance and support with the selection and implementation of computerized maintenance management systems. Several projects included the design,
printing and installation of bar-coded labels for use with hand-held devices. A sampling of the client list includes the Town of North Andover, City of Woburn, City of Melrose,
Eisai Research Institute, Samuels & Associates, Greater Lawrence Technical School, and the Dana Hall School.

Northeastern University, Boston, MA -
InterPro has been providing computerized maintenance management support to NU for over 5 years. In addition, InterPro was contracted to develop and implement a secure web-based work request module that can be easily
used by students and faculty to submit work requests into a central maintenance management database. Currently, over 15,000 work requests are submitted and traced every year by using InterPros web request module.
Furthermore, Northeastern University also contracted with InterPro to develop a facility asset register and corresponding preventive maintenance program for their west campus F building which is currently under construction.

Brigham and Womens Hospital, Boston, MA -
InterPro was hired to support the BWH staff in reviewing and evaluating their existing maintenance related work practices and performing QA/QC analysis on their existing database. Upon completion of these preliminary tasks,
InterPro was retained to provide assistance in fine-tuning of current work practices and cleaning-up the computerized maintenance management database environment. InterPro addressed these tasks by developing a wide range of new reports,
meeting one-on-one with each trades supervisor, and making approved adjustments to the CMMS system.
